The Double Trouble Band consists of the duo Hannes Greinke and Constantin Pukownick. As lifelong fans of Bud Spencer and Terence Hill, the two artists from Gießen joined forces in 2021 to perform songs from the Spencer/Hill films live, accompanied by guitar, at festivals and other fan events.
When Bud Spencer’s birthday was celebrated at the Bud Spencer Museum in Berlin on 31 October 2021, the Double Trouble Band performed at one of our events for the first time. In April 2022, they also provided musical accompaniment for the evening with Sal Borgese at the Berlin museum, before going on to play for fans at the 2022 festivals at Urania Berlin and in Gubbio in 2023. This year, they will also be performing at the Bud Spencer Tribute at Cinecittà World in Rome, where they will create a Spencer/Hill atmosphere with their music on the streets of the film city.
