- The Dune Buggy Band
- The Dune Buggy Band was formed in 2009 when singer and guitarist Davide Stefanon was watching music videos of the Oliver Onions. He wondered who knew all those songs as well as he did, so he came up with the idea to start a cover band. He told his friend Giovanni Celeste about it, who was enthusiastic immediately. Soon after, drummer Mel Contino and bassist Francesco D'Ambrosio also joined the band, giving it the character that still distinguishes it today. With their blend of film music, musical scenes projected in the background and costumes that change according to the song performed, the band quickly became one of the most popular party bands in Italy.
